Q: Can I change my order after submitting?
A: Unfortunately, after placing an order we are unable to make changes. Please verify all shipping and payment information before submitting an order.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We use standard domestic and international shipping rates. Please allow 2-3 days for handling and an additional 5-7 business days for domestic shipments or 10-14 business days for international shipments.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please refer to each product description or order confirmation for product availability and shipping times. Some products are on a made to order basis and won’t ship until manufacturing is complete.
If your order contains a pre-order product and a “ready to ship” product, your order will ship when all items are available.
Q: Can I return or exchange an order?
A: No, due to limited inventory all sales are final. If you’ve received a damaged good, the wrong product please email our customer service team:
Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order?
A: If you haven’t received your order 60 days or more after placing your order, please reach out to us for resolution.
In cases of lost shipments, please contact the appropriate parcel service (DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.)
